All orders are packaged and shipped In Australia so I apologise in advance about the shipping prices and transit time.

I ship worldwide! Though unfortunately I cannot ship to Germany due to the German Packaging Act 😔
I cannot ship to certain countries that are either not accepting mail or only have sea mail available.

How do preorders work?
Preorders will need a period of time to be proofed, manufactured, delivered to me, and packaged. This will mean that the preorder period will take up to 1-3 months for everything to be completed (not including delivery time)! Thank you so much for your patience!
What is the preorder schedule?
This preorder schedule is always being updated!
This is the date estimation for 2024 preorder sales period:
Milk Interest Check Open: 16th October
Milk Interest Check Closed: 30th October
Shop + Preorders Open: 31st October
Preorders Close: 21st November
Manufacturing: DECEMBER
Packaging and Shipping: DEC-JAN
Leftover Sale: March 15th
Two separate shipping?
Default delivery is only available for Non-preorders or flat paper items such as stickers/prints and can be sent earlier than preorder shipping.
To prevent overcharging, please pick combined shipping if you want them to be sent together with your preorder items! Otherwise, they will be sent separately.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
Domestic mail (Untracked) by default is FREE and the estimated delivery is 3-10 business days.
Please be weary of the risk of untracked shipping if it becomes lost or damaged through customs/delivery. I unfortunately cannot refund for lost items but can compensate for damaged items. Please feel free to message me ([email protected]) if this happens to be you!
- I’d advise you while providing your address to write the suburb you reside in rather than your major city - unless the major city is your suburb hehehe. This is to make sure your delivery arrives on time ^^
International Shipping:
EU/UK orders are now only being accepted on my Etsy due to the country's Custom fees + taxes.
Why ETSY?
Due to Europe’s Custom Fees and Physical VAT Collection laws, Etsy has a self implemented feature that makes the VAT collecting process easier and creates less custom trouble on our end.
Economy -

- NEW UPDATE: As of October 2024, I do not provide economic shipping for non-letter merchandise (Eg: Charms, Buttons, Memopads, etc.) anymore.
- Countries that do not provide economy shipping will automatically be shipped as standard mail with Tracking when you order more than 1 item! The statement above does not apply to you if you have applied tracking.
- I kindly suggest to order tracking for international shipping to minimise any further risk <3
Standard/express -
- Deliveries tend to arrive within 10-30 days depending on the country But this period is not guaranteed. You’ll have the approximate shipping arrival once you pick your shipping option.
- Some countries do not provide Express shipping.
Further info:
Once your order is sent for shipping, you'll be sent an email with your invoice and tracking number if you have chosen the tracking option.
Please be careful to write your delivery address correctly or it might be misplaced and I will not be able to refund you. However this can be easily fixed by messaging me 3 hours prior to ordering!
You are entitled to cancelling your order within 3 hours of ordering. Afterwards, please understand that the sale is final.
